Fulfillment and Kitting Services-99% accuracy
JNI has a variety of methods available to process your orders; whatever your needs, we will deliver. JNI Client Services and Logistics manage a staff of 12 web store customer service coordinators and 17 warehouse and fulfillment personnel. We owe our 99% accuracy to our proprietary Engagement Process and the dedicated employees who have the experience and authority to make the decisions necessary to guarantee complete satisfaction.

Distribution Centers JNI Delivers
JNI owns and operates two state-of-the-art Distribution Centers located in Culver City and Marina Del Rey with real time reporting and web ordering capabilities, and strategic alliances with international fulfillment warehouses for international shipping. All of our locations are bonded, insured, alarmed and secured nightly. Most facilities have security cameras throughout the warehouse area. Clients are invited to visit us anytime with prior notice.

Protection for high value items and climate sensitive items
We have a temperature controlled environment for temperature sensitive items. We also have a secure/locked room for high dollar items. Any shipping of high dollar items is verified by two personnel prior to leaving the premises.

Inventory Check-in
Our Distribution Center Team inspects for any notable damage, correct logo and copy, correct color(s) and to verify counts against the PO and a physical or paper proof of each product. Any discrepancies will be noted on the written receiver and communicated to the entire account team for resolution.

Fulfillment Process
JNI has a very advanced and customized inventory software package to assure sufficient inventory and prompt delivery. The inventory system is as follows:

As orders are placed against inventory, invoices are created which depletes the inventory. Another way inventory is adjusted is during our quarterly physical counts when we account for returns or damages.
Our system alerts us at designated inventory levels to reorder allowing for lower product levels. We also contract with our supplier's to ensure superior turnaround time on reorders for any and all programs. 100% customer satisfaction is our #1 goal.
We use two methods to insure that no order goes unprocessed:
1. We run our open order report several times a day.
2. We compare and confirm each order using our freight backup method. All paperwork from shipped orders is sent to the account team to compare and verify against their job jackets.

International/Export Shipments
JNI will gladly prepare the export documentation for any order and provide a timely freight quote for international shipments. Since we have no way of knowing the export taxes in advance, we invoice the actual amount after we have been billed by our freight carrier.

Fulfillment Timeline
Orders that are placed by 2:00 PST will be filled the same day. Kitting orders are fulfilled according to the client's timeline.
